BIOGRAPHY OF WILLIAM D. MCELROY, PH. D., TO BE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION

McElroy, William D(avid), born in Rogers, Texas, January 22, 1917. Married Nella Winch, 1940, four children-Mary, Ann, Thomas and William; divorced. In 1967, married Marlene Andregg, one son- -Eric.
