GOD'S CARE FOR ANIMALS:

BE KIND TO THEM.

And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth,...after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.-Gen. i. 21.

And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply...22.

...To every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat.-30.

...Of every living thing of all flesh...shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep them alive with thee... Gen. vi. 19.

And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark... Gen. viii. 1.

And when she (Rebekah) had done giving him drink, she said, I will draw water for thy camels also, until they have done drinking.—Gen. xxiv. 19.

Six years thou shalt sow thy land :... Ex. xxiii. 10. But the seventh year thou shalt let it rest and lie still; that the poor of thy people may eat: and what they leave the beasts of the field shall eat.-11.
