I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works: and that my soul knoweth right well.-Ps. cxxxix. 14.

How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!-17.

If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.-18.

I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.

I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.-Ps. cxlv. 5.

All thy works shall praise thee, O Lord...10.

He hath made everything beautiful in his time : also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.-Eccl. iii. 11.

Consider the work of God.—Eccl. vii. 13.

...Even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all.-Eccl. xi. 5.

Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens. ...Isa. xlviii. 13.

He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion.-Jer. x. 12.

When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causes the vapours to

ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightenings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.-Jer. x. 13.

How great are his signs! and how mighty are his wonders!... Dan. iv. 3.

...Extol and honour the King of heaven, all whose works are truth, and his ways judgment...37.

WITH THE ALMIGHTY NOTHING

IS IMPOSSIBLE.

Is anything too hard for the Lord ? At the time appointed I will return unto thee... Gen. xviii. 14.

And Moses said unto the Lord, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.-Ex. iv. 10.

And the Lord said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the Lord ?—11.

Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say.-12.

Then the Lord said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land.-Ex. vi. 1.

Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments.-6.

And the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, when I stretch forth mine hand upon Egypt, and bring out the children of Israel from among them. Ex. vii. 5.

And it came to pass, that at midnight the Lord smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle.-Ex. xii. 29.

And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. Ex. xiv. 13.

The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.-14.

And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.-21.

...And the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.-27.

But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.-29. And Israel saw that great work which the Lord did upon the Egyptians and the people feared the the Lord, and believed the Lord, and his servant Moses.-31.

And the Lord said unto Moses, Is the Lord's hand | waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.-Num. xi. 23.

God is not a man, that he should lie;...hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?-Num. xxiii. 19.

O Lord God, thou hast begun to shew thy servant thy greatness, and thy mighty hand: for what God is there in heaven or in earth, that can do according. to thy works, and according to thy might ?-Deut. iii. 24.

...It may be that the Lord will work for us: for there is no restraint to the Lord to save by many or by few.-1 Sam. xiv. 6.

David said moreover, The Lord that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the Lord be with thee.-1 Sam. xvii. 37.

And all this assembly shall know that the Lord saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the Lord's, and he will give you into our hands.—47.

And Asa cried unto the Lord his God, and said, Lord, it is nothing with thee to help, whether with many, or with them that have no power: help us, O Lord our God; for we rest on thee, and in thy name
