LETTER FROM THE CHIEF CLERK OF THE COURT OF CLAIMS, TRANSMITTING A STATEMENT OF ALL JUDGMENTS RENDERED FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 2, 1905.

December 4, 1905.-Referred to the Committee on Appropriations and ordered to be printed.

The clerk of the Court of Claims, in pursuance of section 1057 of the Revised Statutes of the United States, transmits to Congress the following statement of all judgments rendered by said court for the year ended December 2, 1905, the amounts thereof, the parties in whose favor rendered, and a brief synopsis of the nature of the claims upon which said judgments were rendered.
