As unfolding the Procedure of Divine Love in the REDEMPTION of Man, by Jehovah's affuming the Humanity, glorifying and uniting it with the Divine Effence; and then pointing out the Connection and Relation of this amazing Procefs with the Regeneration of Man; and alfo the Influence and Bleffing we all receive from the Operation of Divine Grace, proceeding from the Divine Humanity. The Doctrinal Part may be met with at large in the Work entitled True Christian Religion, or the Univerfal Theology of the New Church; more briefly in that concerning the New Jerufalem and it's Heavenly Doctrine, which contains much important Knowledge concerning a Variety of Subjects. A Summary View, calculated for those who may not have fufficient Leisure to perufe the Univerfal Theology, has alfo been lately printed. The Tracts on the Lord, and the Word, and those on Life and Faith, relate to this Part. That Part, which treats of the fpiritual or eternal World, is found in the Treatife on Heaven and Hell, at the Conclufion of many Chapters of the Arcana Cœleftia, and dif、 fufed throughout that Work, and most of his Writings. The Third Part, which treats of the Glorification of the Lord's Humanity, and the Redemption of Man, is to be met with in the greater Part of his Works, but particularly in that entitled Arcana Coeleftia, in which he fhews, that the Divine and heavenly Senfe of the Scriptures relates to the Lord himself, and his Word or Order in the Heavens, and as exifting in the spiritual Church on Earth and it's Members. |
