PHILADELPHIA: Office of the General Assembly, Witherspoon Building BY THE STATED CLERK. 1912 New York MINUTES, ETC THE ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FOURTH GENERAL AND ASSEMBLY OF THE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA met, according to appointment, at Louisville, Kentucky, in the Warren Memorial Presbyterian Church, on Thursday, May 16, 1912, at 10.30 o'clock A.M., and was opened with a sermon by the Moderator, Rev. John F. Carson, D.D., from Haggai i :7, 8. After the sermon, the Assembly was constituted with prayer. The Committee of Arrangements made the following Report, which was adopted: That the Assembly meet for devotional services at 9.00 A.M. each week-day, and for business from 9.30 A.M. to 12.30 P.M., and from 2.30 to 5.00 P.M. The Assembly took recess, and was closed with prayer. THURSDAY, May 16, 2.30 o'clock P.M. The Assembly met, and was opened with prayer.
