3. That in consideration of the expense saved to the Departments and assumed by the National in the paying of postage on Journals and the making of above blank free, the price of the other supplies remain the same as heretofore. 4. That two complete sets of National Journals be ordered bound for preservation and held for future use. In closing my report I desire to express my hearty appreciation of the many favors and kind words received from those it has been my pleasure to come in contact with, both in business and social relations. Not one discordant note has been sounded, and the symphony of the year is one of sweet, pure harmony. To the National President and National Secretary, the Secretary of the Home Board and Department Treasurers, and all other National and Department officers, I would tender special thanks for their generous confidence, wise counsels and kindly forbearance; and as another year is henceforth numbered with the past, its treasure-trove of memories will sweeten and brighten those of the future.
