tingent Expenses of the Office for the Superintendence of Aliens, and also the Superannuation or retired Allowances lo Officers

formerly employed in that Service To pay the usual Allowances to Proleslant Dissenting Ministers in

England, poor French Protestant Refugee Clergy, poor French Refugee Laily, and sundry small Charitable and other Allowances lo the Poor of St. Martin-in-the-Fields, and others; for
