In reading this book we should remember that it was written to please a king (James), and consequently some words are royal words, which the Greek text will not justify; such as Governor, Lord, Ruler, Rule Prince, etc. The book was written by "illiterate and unlearned men," save Paul, and he rejected all learning for Christ.
