great and the small, standing before the throne. And I beheld in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the back, close sealed with seven seals; which is the Book of Life. And the book was opened: and the dead were judged out of the things which were written in the book, every man according to his works. And I heard a voice from heaven saying, Write, Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord. Yea, saith the Spirit, from henceforth they rest from their labours; for their works follow with them. Behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to render to each man according as his work is. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will in no wise blot his name out of the Book of Life.
