Notes For Sealing Sheets.

As on the other sheets, numbering and identification dates must be given; also heir, relationship, and address.

The only new date required, is the endowment datethis is absolutely necessary.

Names of parents.

Record for parents is not required.

Be sure and mark "living" in the death column for those who are living.

Cross for those children who have been endowed.

We again emphasize the reading of the instructions. on the top of each sheet; if followed you cannot go far wrong.

In copying data onto Temple sheets, be very careful to add chr. and md. in front of the dates where it is written in the record.

Notice all ditto (") marks; they are as important as the word which they represent, and must be so stated in the information given for each name.

Don't forget the dates.

Don't forget the relationship.

Don't forget your address or the address of other persons to receive completed sheet.

Proof-Reading.

All records, copied from books in libraries, or from other records, from temple sheets, slips, or note books— all these positively must be proof-read by two persons. The only sure way to guard against mistakes in the precious records that represent our sacred dead as separate individuals is to proof-read all records. Government and business records are thus made sure. How much more necessary it is that the helpless dead shall be thus protected from fatal mishaps in dates and names.
