Formerly the institutes provided many with employment, but as these 15c a Copy have been largely curtailed in Wisconsin, teachers must look to other forms of occupation during the long summer vacation. These are due to the fact that we have recently equipped our offices with a full and complete printing plant, and the Journal for the first time in its history is printed in its home office of publication. These changes have necessitated a different order in the arrangement of departments which we know will not inconvenience our readers.
