Docket Nos. 258 and 259 are hereby consolidated. 2. Final judgment in docket Nos. 258 and 259 be and is hereby entered in favor of the petitioners, the Kiowa, Comanche, and Apache Tribes of Indians, against defendant, for the sum of $6 million.
