Price $3.00 (Buckram) Foreword The Service is pleased to present the third volume of administrative decisions covering the period stated. All but one of these decisions were made available to the public heretofore as "Interim Decisions," as listed in pertinent conversion tables herein. The "Notice Regarding Decisions in Volumes I and II," which appeared in the second volume on pages XIII-XIV, has been extended to cover the material in Volume III (pp. xvII-XIX, infra), so that the present status of these cases could be more readily ascertained. For easy reference to the subject matter in all three volumes, it was believed advisable to have the index in this volume cover all three volumes of these administrative decisions. Other features and the format appearing in Volume II have been continued. To offset inescapable delays in publication in volume form of selected decisions rendered after February 1950, the Service has continued the practice of distributing them as "Interim Decisions" to our main field offices for public convenience in their perusal in advance of publication in volume form.
