8 The International Education Act of 1966 was approved (post, doc. XIII-5). The proposal for an International Health Act of 1966 (H.R. 12453, 89th Cong.) was reported out of the House Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce (H. Report 1317, 89th Cong., Mar. 11, 1966), but a rule to bring the bill to the floor of the House was denied by the Rules Committee, Mar. 17, 1966, and no further action was taken.
