Orthophotomaps are multicolor photographic-image maps in standard quadrangle format with added topographic detail. Orthophotoquads are monocolor or multicolor photographic-image maps in standard quadrangle format without topographic detail. Most monocolor orthophotoquads are not being published but are available in the form of diazo or photographic prints.
