By joint resolution of the General Assembly of the State of Ohio, the Senate adjourned on the 20th day of April, 1874, to meet on the first Tuesday of December, 1874, at 10 o'clock A.M. And in pursuance of said resolution, convened at the hour named, and was called to order by the President, Alphonzo Hart.
