SEC. 25. Such sums as are necessary to carry out the

5 provisions of this Act are hereby authorized to be

6 appropriated.

SEPARABILITY OF PROVISIONS

SEC. 26. If any provision of this Act or the application 9 thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the 10 validity of the remainder of the Act and of the application of 11 such provision to other persons and circumstances shall not 12 be affected thereby.

EFFECTIVE DAY

SEC. 27. The provisions of this Act with respect to egg

products shall take effect six months after enactment. Other

16 wise, this Act shall take effect eighteen months after 17 enactment.
