We will also take up our views and estimates letter for the Committee on the Budget. Also, I have been asked to announce that later today there will be a memorial service for our former colleague, Moe Udall. I would like particularly to thank Ms. McKinney for her efforts on very important provisions of the bill and commend you and your staff and our staff for working together so productively. Chairman GILMAN. Thank you, Mr. Gejdenson. The first order of business is H.R. 825, the U.S.-Macau Policy Act of 1999. The Chair lays the bill before the Committee. The clerk will report the title of the bill. Ms. BLOOMER. "H.R. 825, a bill to set forth the policy of the United States with respect to Macau, and for other purposes." Chairman GILMAN.
