Inasmuch as the Board of Statutory Consolidation in the preparation of the Election Law has followed as far as possible the chronological order of the election process, beginning with the primaries and enrollment in parties, continuing through registration for elections, the proceedings in preparation for and upon Election Day, the proceedings of the Boards of Canvassers, etc., it has been deemed advantageous to arrange these forms likewise as far as possible in the chronological order.
