Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1101, note.
tives of the United States of America in Congress assem- bled, That this Act, divided into titles, chapters, and sec- tions according to the following table of contents, may be cited as the "Immigration and Nationality Act".
Sec. 102. Applicability of title II to certain nonimmigrants.
