AN ACT

Supplementary to an act to amend section 51896 of an act entitled " an act supplementary to title 1, division 3, chapter 2, sub-division 1 of the Revised Statutes of Ohio," passed and took effect March 29, 1881, passed April 15, 1881. (Vol. 78, p. 135 0. L.)

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio, That the following section be enacted as supplementary to section fifty-one hundred and eighty-nine (b) with sectional numbering as follows:

Section 51896. That the commissioners of juries in the county of Hamilton, shall receive each three dollars for each and every day they are engaged in selecting jurors under the provisions of said section fifty-one hundred and eighty-nine (b) out of the county treasury upon the order of the county auditor, on the certificate of three of the judges of the court of common pleas, as to the number of days actually thus employed. Provided they are not engaged more than two weeks in any one Proviso.

SEC. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

AN ACT

To authorize the sale of portions of cemetery grounds in certain cases. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio, That the following section be enacted as supplementary to section twenty-five hundred and fifty-eight of the Revised Statutes, with sectional numbering as follows, to-wit:

Section 2558a. That in cases where villages of the first class are invested with title to real estate acquired in any other manner than by appropriation, and which said real estate is held in trust for the use of the inhabitants of such village and the inhabitants of a township in common for cemetery purposes, it shall be lawful
