3 Just as I am, though tossed about
With many a conflict, many a doubt,
With fears within and wars without,
O Lamb of God, I come!

4 Just as I am, poor, wretched, blind, Sight, riches, healing of the mind, Yes, all I need, in thee to find,

O Lamb of God, I come!

5 Just as I am,-thou wilt receive, Wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve Because thy promise I believe,

O Lamb of God, I come!

6 Just as I am,-thy love unknown
Has broken every barrier down;
Now to be thine, yea, thine alone,
O Lamb of God, I come!

All that the Father giveth me shall come to me.

JUST

JOHN 6. 37.

UST as thou art,-without one trace Of love, or joy, or inward grace, Or meetness for the heavenly place, O guilty sinner, come!

2 Thy sing I bore on Calvary's tree, The stripes thy due were laid on me, That peace and pardon might be free, O wretched sinner, come!

3 Come, leave thy burden at the cross; Count all thy gains but empty dross: My grace repays all earthly loss,

O needy sinner, come!

4 Come, hither bring thy boding fears,
Thy aching heart, thy bursting tears;
'Tis mercy's voice salutes thine ears,-
O trembling sinner, come!

5 The Spirit and the bride say, Come;
Rejoicing saints re-echo, Come;

Who faints, who thirsts, who will, may come Thy Saviour bids thee come.

The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory.

PSA. 24. 10.

*ING of glory, reign in me:

heart thee

Be my Ruler and my Friend;
With thy royal power defend.

2 King of glory, fight for me;
Thine the victory shall be;
In thy majesty divine

Conquer all thy foes and mine.

3 King of glory, praise to thee!
Vanquish all my foes for me,
Victor in the final strife,

King of kings, and Prince of life

8,7

Looking for the coming of the day of God.

2 PET. 8. 12.

AND a-head! Its fruits are waving

LAN the hills of fadeless green,

And the living waters laving

Shores where heavenly forms are seen

CHORUS.

Rocks and storms I'll fear no more.
When on that eternal shore.
Drop the anchor! Furl the sail!
I am safe within the vail.

2 Onward, bark! the cape I'm rounding;
See the blessed wave their hands;
Hear the harps of God resounding
From the bright immortal bands.
3 There, let go the anchor, riding
On this calm and silv'ry bay;
Seaward fast the tide is gliding,
Shores in sunlight stretch away.

4 Now we're safe from all temptation
All the storms of life are past;
Praise the Rock of our salvation,
We are safe at home at last.

We shall all stand before the judgment-seat of Christ.-ROM. 14. 10.

O! on a narrow neck of land,

Secure! insensible!

stand

A point of time, a moment's space,
Removes me to yon heavenly place,
Or shuts me up in hell.

2 O God! my inmost soul convert,
And deeply on my thoughtful heart
Eternal things impress:

Give me to feel their soiemu weight.
And save me ere it be too late;
Wake me to righteousness.

3 Before me place, in dread array,
The pomp of that tremendous day

When thou with clouds shalt coine
To judge the nations at thy bar;
And tell me, Lord! shall I be there
To meet a joyful doom!

4 Be this my one great business hero,-
With holy trembling, holy fear,
To make my calling sure!
Thine utmost counsel to fulfil,
And suffer all thy righteous will,
And to the end endure!

5 Then, Saviour, then my soul receive,
Transported from this vale, to live,
And reign with thee above;

Where faith is sweetly lost in sight,
And hope, in full, supreme delight,
And everlasting love.

8, 7, 4. 8,7,

Bave thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up forever.-PSA. 25.9. ORD, dismiss us with thy blessing

Let us each, thy love possessing,
Triumph in redeeming grace;
O refresh us,

Travelling through this wilderness.
2 Thanks we give, and adoration
For the gospel's joyful sound,
May the fruits of thy salvation
In our hearts and lives abound;
May thy presence

With us evermore be found.

3 So, whene'er the signal's given
Us from earth to call away,
Borne on angel's wings to heaven,
Glad to leave our cumbrous clay,-
May we, ready,

Rise and reign in endless day.

Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

L

1 PET. 5. 7.

ORD, it belongs not to my care
Whether I die or live;

To love and serve thee is my share,
And this thy grace must give

2 If life be long, I will be glad
That I may long obey;

If short, yet why should I be sad
To soar to endless day?

3 Christ leads me through no darker room.s Than he went through before;

No one into his kingdom comes,
But through his opened door.

4 Come, Lord, when grace has made me incet Thy blessed face to see,

For if thy work on earth be sweet,

What will thy glory be!

5 Then shall I end my sad complaints,
And weary, sinful days,

And join with all triumphant saints
Who sing Jehovah's praise.

6 My knowledge of that life is small:
The eye of faith is dim;

But 't is enough that Christ knows all,
And I shall be with him.
