2 Other refuge have I none;
Hangs my helpless soul on thee:
Leave, ah! leave me not alone;
Still support and comfort me:
All my trust on thee is stayed;
All my help from thee I bring;
Cover my defenceless head

With the shadow of thy wing.

3 Plenteous grace with thee is found.--
Grace to pardon all my sin:
Let the healing streams abound;
Make and keep me pure within.
Thou of life the fountain art;
Freely let me take of thee:
Spring thou up within my heart;
Rise to all eternity.

In whom we have boldness and access with con

fidence by the faith of him.-EPH. 8. 12. ESUS, my all, to heaven is gone:

JESUS, hom I ix my hopes upon:

His track I see, and I'll pursue
The narrow way, till him I view.

2 This is the way I long have sought,
And mourned because I found it not;
My grief a burden long has been,
Because I was not saved from sin.

3 The more I strove against its power
I felt its weight and guilt the more;
Till late I heard my Saviour say,
Come hither, soul, I am the way.

4 Lo! glad I come; and thou, blest Lamb.
Shall take me to thee as I am:
Nothing but sin have I to give,
Nothing but love shall I receive.

5 Then will I tell to sinners round
What a dear Saviour I have found;
I'll point to thy redeeming blood,
And say, Behold the way to God.

On the rocks and mountains call.

4 Jesus only, when, adoring,

Saints their crowns before him bring: Jesus only, I will, joyous,

Through eternal ages sing.

Whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation.DAN. 4. 8.

JESUS his successive journeys run:

ESUS shall reign where'er the sun

His kingdom stretch from shore to shore,
Till suns shall rise, and set no more.
2 To him shall endless prayer be made,
And endless praises crown his head;
His name, like sweet perfume, shall rise
With every morning sacrifice.

3 People and realms of every tongue
Dwell on his love with sweetest song;
And infant voices shall proclaim
Their early blessings on his name.

4 Let every creature rise and bring
Peculiar honours to our King;
Angels descend with songs again,
And earth repeat the loud Amer.

We love him, because he first loved us.

1 JOHN 4. 19.

JESU other names above,

ESUS, thy name I love

All

Jesus, my Lord!

O! thou art all to me!

Nothing to please I see,
Nothing apart from thee,
Jesus, my Lord!

2 Thou, blessed Son of God,
Hast bought me with thy bloo
Jesus, my Lord!

O! how supreme thy love,
All other loves above,

Love that I daily prove,
Jesus, my Lord!

3 When unto thee I fee
Thou wilt my refuge be,
Jesus, my Lord!

What need I now to fear?
What earthly grief or care,
Since thou art ever near?
Jesus, my Lord!

4 Soon thou wilt come again,
I shall be happy then,
Jesus, my Lord!

Then thine own face I'll see,
Then shall I like thee be,
Then evermore with thee,
Jesus, my Lord?

Pray without ceasing.-1 THESS. &
ESUS, who knows full well

Jene heart of every saint,

Invites us all our griefs to tell,
To pray and never faint.
2 He bows his gracious ear-
We never plead in vain;
Then let us wait till he appear,
And pray, and pray again.

S. M 7.

3 Jesus, the Lord, will hear
His chosen when they cry;
Yes, though he may awhile forpear,
He'll help them from on high.

4 Then let us earnest cry,

And never faint in prayer;

He sees, he hears, and from on high Will make our cause his care.

to the world, the Lord is come!
Let earth receive her King;

Let every heart prepare him room,
And heaven and nature sing.

2 Joy to the world, the Saviour reigns!
Let men their songs employ :

While fields and floods, rocks, hills, and plains, Repeat the sounding joy.

3 No more let sin and sorrow grow,
Nor thorns infest the ground;

He comes to make his blessings flow
Far as the curse is found.

4 He rules the world with truth and grace, And makes the nations prove

The glories of his righteousness,
And wonders of his love.

And him that cometh to me, I will in no wise cast

out.-JOHN 6. 87.

UST as I am, without one plea

JUST

But that thy blood was shed for me, And that thou bidd'st me come to thee, O Lamb of God, I come!

2 Just as I am, and waiting not

To rid my soul of one dark blot,

To thee, whose blood can cleanse each spot, O Lamb of God, I come!
