૨૬ આકાશનાં પખશીઓને જુઓ કેમકે તેઓ વાવતાં નથી ને કાપતાં નથી ને ખાંણામાં ભરતાં નથી તેાપણુ તમારો આ કાશી બાપ તેઓનું પાલણુ કરેછે શું તેમ કરતાં તમે ઘણા ઊતભ નથી

27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

૨૭ ને ચંતા કરવાથી તમારામાંના કોણ પોતાના કદને એક હાથ ભર વધારી શકેછે

28 And why take ye thought for raiment! Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin :

૨૮ ને વશતર શર્મી તને ચંતા કેમ કરણે ગાડાના વીચાર કરો કે તેઓ કહેવાં વધેછે તે નથી તે કાંતતાં પણ નથી **

ખેતરનાં પુલ મહેનત કરતાં

29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

૨૮ તાપણુ હું તમને કહુંછી કે ઝુલેમાન પણ પેાતાનાં આખા મહુવામાં તેઓમાંના એકના જેડ઼ેવો પહેરલા નહોતા

30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye oflittle faith?

૩૦ એમાટે ખેતરનું શ્વાશ જે આજ છે ને કાલે ભીનાં કા એછું તેહેન ને દેવ હલું પેહેરાવેછે તા ઓ થાડા વીશવાશીઓ તખને હું ઘણું વહતું નહીં [૫હેરાવશે]

31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

૩૧ તેમાટે હમે શું ખાઇએ અથવા ૐ પીજીએ અથવા શું પે હેવીએ [મઁન] કહેતાં બહુ ચંતા ન કરો

32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek :)

your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

૩૨ કાંજે એ શઘલાં વાઁનાં પરદેશી શોધેછુ પણ તમારો આ કાશી બાપ નણુંછે કે તે બધા તમારે નેઈએઈએ

33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." ૩૩ પણુ તને દેવના રાજને તથા તેહેના શાચાપણાને પહેલાં શાધા ને એ બધાં વાંનાં તમને અપાશે *

34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

૩૪ તેમાટે કાલને શારૂ ચંતા ના કરે કનકે કાલ પાતે પાતા નાં બાઁનાંની ચંતા કરશે—દાહાડાને શારૂ તે [દાણાડા]શુંજ દુખ ખશ [છે]

CHAP. VII. શાતનો અધો

1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.

૧ તન પર [ખોટો] ઇનશાફ્ ન ડરાવાએ માટે તમે [બીન પર ખાંટા] ઇનશાપ્ ન ઠરાવો

2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

૨ કેમકે જે ઈનશાસ્ ઠરાવવાથી તને ઇનશાર્ ઠરાવાછા તેથીજ તમારા ઇનશા? ઠરાવાશે ને જે નાપાથી તને નાખી પાછા તેથીજ તમારે શારૂ પાછું નાખી અપાશે

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye!

૩ ને હું પેાતાની આઁખનાંના ભારેઢી ધેનમાં ન લાવતાં પોતાના ભાઈની આંખનાંની રજ કેમ દેખેછે

4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull

out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in. thine own eye !

૪ અથવા હું પોતાના ભાઇને કેમ કહેશે કે તાહારી આંખમાંથી રજ મને કાણાડવા દે પણુ ને તાહારી આંખનાં ભારેાટીઓ [છે]

5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine' own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

૫ આ ઢાંગી પેહેલાં તુ પાતાની ખાઁથી ભારેાટી કાણાડ તાહારપછી તાહારા ભાઇની આંખમાંથી રજ કાણાડવાને તને શારી પી શુગશે

6 ¶ Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

૬ જે પીતર તે કુતરાંઓને ન નાંખા ને તમારાં માતી ભુંડોની આગલ ન ફૂંકા રખે તેઓ પોતાને પગે તે છુંદ ને પ્રી ને તંભને ફાડીનાંખે

7 | Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

૭ માગો તેા તમને અપાશ શેાધા તો તમને જડશે ઠોકી તા તમારે શારૂ ઊઘડાશે

8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

૮*મકે જે હરેક માગેછે તે પાંનેછે ને જે શાધેછે તેંહુને જડે છે ને જે ઢાંકેછે તેહેને શારૂ ઊઘડાશે *

9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

૯ તમારામાં હેવું કહું નાશ છે કે તે પાતાની પાશ પાતીકો દીકરો રોટલા નાગશે તે તે તેણેને પથર આપશ

10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent

૧૦ અથવા ને નાનું માગશે તો તે તેહેને શાપ આપશે

11 If ye then, heing evil, know how to give good ‘gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him? ૧૧તેમાટે તમે ભુડ઼ા છતાં ને પોતાનાં ઈને શામાં વાંનાં આપી નળાશ તા તમારો આકાશમાંનો બાપ પોતાની પાશે જે માગેછે તેને શારાં વાંનાં કેટલી અધીકતાથી આપશે

12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

૧૨ માટે[બીન] માઁશ તમારી શાથે જે શઘલાં કરે એંમ તમે ચાાછા તો તને પણ તેની શાથે તૈમજ કરો કૉંજે નેનશાશ તરનો તથા ભવીશકહેનારાઓની વાતનો [શાર] એજ છું

13 | Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

૧૩ તને શાંકડે બાંણેથી પેશા કાજે જ ખાણું નાશનાં પોહોંચા ડછું તે પોહાલું [છે] ને [તેહેનો] મારગ ચોડા [છું] ને ઘણા તે થીજ પેશી

14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

૧૪ કેમકે જે ખાંણું જીવનમાં પોહોંચાડેછે તે તંગ [છે] ને [તે હનો]ભારગ શાંકડો [છે] ને જેને તે જડેધે તેઓ થોડા છુ 15 | Beware of false prophets, which come to you sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. ૧૫ જે જુઠા ભવીશંકેહેનારા ગેટાંને વેશે તમારી પાશે આવેછે પણ માંહે પાડીખાનારાં વરૂ છે તેઓ શબંધી તમે હાશીઆર રાહા 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles !

૧૬ તેનાં ાથી તેને તમે ઓલખશા શું લેાક કંટાલાથી દરાખ અથવા ઊંટકટારીથી અંજીર તોડે

17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

૧૭ તેમજ હરકે ચારૂં ગાડ શાî લ લાવેછું ને નાર્નાડ નઠારાં લ લાવેલું

18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

૧૮ શારા ગાડથી નઠારાં લ લવાતાં નથી ને નઠારા નાડથી શારાં લ લવાતાં નથી

19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

૧૯ હરેક ગાડ જે ચારૂં લ નથી લાવવું તે કપાએછે ને અગની માં નંખાએછે

20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

૨૦ તેમાટે તેનાં ફલથી તેને તમે

લખી

21 | Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

૨૧ જે કોઈ મને પરભુ પરભુ કહેછે તે આકાશના રાજમાં ની પેશશે પણ આકાશમાંંના માહારા બાપની ઇછા પરમાણે જે કરછે તે [પેશશે] *

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

૨૨ તે દાાડે ઘણા મને કહેશે કે આ પરભુ ઓ પરભુ શું હુને તાહારે નાંમે ભવીશ કહું નથી નેતાહારે નાંને ભુતાને કાણાડાં નથી ને તાહાર નાંને ઘણા ચમતકાર નથી કીધા *

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

૨૩ ને તાહાર હું તેને કહીશ કે મેં તમને કરી પણ બ્લેંણા નથી ઓ ભુડાં કાઁન કરનારા તને નાહારી પાશેથી દુર જાએ
