15 A hwy a gymmerasant yr arian, ac a wnaethant fel yr addysgwyd hwynt: a thaenwyd y gair hwn ym mhlith yr Iuddewon hyd y dydd heddyw.

16 A'r un disgybl ar ddeg a aethant i Galilea, i'r mynydd lle yr ordeiniasai yr Iesu iddynt.

17 A phan welsant ef, hwy a'i haddolasant ef: ond rhai a ammheuasant.

18 A'r Iesu a ddaeth, ac a lefarodd wrthynt, gan ddywedyd, Rhoddwyd i mi bob awdurdod yn y nef ac ar y ddaear.

19 Ewch gan hynny a dysgwch yr holl genhedloedd, gan eu bedyddio hwy yn enw y Tad, a'r Mab, a'r Yspryd Glân;

20 Gan ddysgu iddynt gadw pob peth a'r a orchymynais i chwi. Ac wele, yr ydwyf fi gyd â chwi bob amser hyd ddiwedd y byd. Amen.

8 Myfi yn wir a'ch bedyddiais chwi â dwfr eithr efe a'ch bedyddia chwi â'r Yspryd Glân.

9 TA bu yn y dyddiau hynny, ddyfod o'r Iesu o Nazareth yn Galilea, ac efe a fedyddiwyd gan Ioan yn yr Iorddonen.

10 Ac yn ebrwydd wrth ddyfod i fynu o'r dwfr, efe a welodd y nefoedd yn agored, a'r Yspryd yn disgyn arno megis colommen.

11 A llef a ddaeth o'r nefoedd, Tydi yw fy anwyl Fab, yn yr hwn y'm boddlonwyd.

12 Ac yn ebrwydd y gyrrodd yr yspryd ef i'r diffaethwch.

13 Ac efe a fu yno yn y diffaethwch ddeugain niwrnod yn ei demtio gan Satan: ac yr oedd efe gyd â'r gwŷllt-filod; a'r angelion a weiniasant iddo.

6 And John was clothed with camel's hair, and with a girdle of a skin about his loins; and he did eat locusts and wild honey;

7 And preached, saying, There cometh one mightier than I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose.

8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.

9 And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.

10 And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:

11 And there came a voice from

heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

12 And immediately the Spirit driveth him into the wilderness.

13 And he was there in the wilderness forty days tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered

unto him.

17 A'r Iesu a ddywedodd wrthynt, Deuwch ar fy ol i, a gwnaf iwch' fod yn bysgodwyr dynion.

16 Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea for they were fishers.

17 And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.

18 Ac yn ebrwydd, gan adael eu rhwydau, y canlynasant ef.

19 Ac wedi iddo fyned rhagddo ychydig oddi yno, efe a ganfu Iago fab Zebedeus, ac Ioan ei frawd ef, a hwy yn y llong yn cyweirio y rhwydau.

18 And straightway they forsook their nets, and followed him.

19 And when he had gone a little further thence, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in the ship mending their nets.

20 Ac yn y man efe a'u galwodd hwynt: a hwy a adawsant eu tad Zebedeus yn y llong gyd â'r cyflogddynion, ac a aethant ar ei ol ef. 21 A hwy a aethant i mewn i Capernaum; ac yn ebrwydd ar y dydd sabbath, wedi iddo fyned i mewn i'r synagog, efe a athraw-synagogue, and taught. iaethodd.

20 And straightway he called them and they left their father Zebedee in the ship with the hired servants, and went after him.

22 A synnasant wrth ei athrawiaeth ef: canys yr oedd efe yn eu dysgu hwy megis un âg awdurdod ganddo, ac nid fel yr ysgrifenyddion.

23 Ac yr oedd yn eu synagog hwy ddyn ag ynddo yspryd aflan; ac efe a lefodd,

24 Gan ddywedyd, Och, beth sydd i ni a wnelom â thi, Iesu o Nazareth? a ddaethost ti i'n difetha ni? mi a'th adwaen pwy ydwyt, Sanct Duw.

25 A'r Iesu a'i ceryddodd ef, gan ddywedyd, Taw, a dos allan o hono.

26 Yna wedi i'r yspryd aflan ei rwygo ef, a gwaeddi â llef uchel, efe a ddaeth allan o hono.

21 And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the

22 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.

23 And there was in their synagogue à man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out,

24 Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God.

25 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him.

26 And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him.

27 Ac fe a aeth ar bawb fraw, 27 And they were all amazed, infel yr ymofynasant yn eu mysg somuch that they questioned among eu hunain, gan ddywedyd, Beth themselves, saying, What thing is yw hyn? pa athrawiaeth newydd this? what new doctrine is this? yw hon? canys trwy awdurdod y for with authority commandeth he mae efe yn gorchymyn, ïe, yr ys-even the unclean spirits, and they prydion aflan, a hwy yn ufuddhâu do obey him. iddo.

28 Ac yn ebrwydd yr aeth sôn am dano dros yr holl wlad o amgylch Galilea.

29 Ac yn y man wedi iddynt fyned allan o'r synagog, hwy a aethant i dŷ Simon ac Andreas, gyd âg lago ac Ioan.

30 Ac yr oedd chwegr Simon yn

28 And immediately his fame spread abroad throughout all the region round about Galilee.

29 And forthwith, when they were come out of the synagogue, they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.

30 But Simon's wife's mother lay

31 Ac efe a ddaeth ac a'i cododd hi i fynu, gan ymaflyd yn ei llaw hi a'r cryd a'i gadawodd hi yn y man, a hi a wasanaethodd arnynt hwy.

32 Ac wedi iddi hwyrhâu, pan fachludodd yr haul, hwy a ddygasant atto yr holl rai drwg eu hwyl, a'r rhai cythreulig.

33 A'r holl ddinas oedd wedi ymgasglu wrth y drws.

31 And he came and took her by the hand, and lifted her up; and immediately the fever left her, and she ministered unto them.

32 And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils.

33 And all the city was gathered together at the door.

36 A Simon, a'r rhai oedd gyd âg ef, a'i dilynasant ef.

37 Ác wedi iddynt ei gael ef, hwy a ddywedasant wrtho, Y mae pawb yn dy geisio di.

38 Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthynt, Awn i'r trefydd nesaf, fel y gallwyf bregethu yno hefyd: canys i hynny y daethum allan.

39 Ac yr oedd efe yn pregethu yn eu synagogau hwynt trwy holl Galilea, ac yn bwrw allan gythreuliaid.

40 A daeth atto ef un gwahanglwyfus, gan ymbil âg ef, a gostwng ar ei liniau iddo, a dywedyd wrtho, Os mynni, ti a elli fy nglanhâu.

41 A'r Iesu, gan dosturio, a estynodd ei law, ac a gyffyrddodd âg ef, ac a ddywedodd wrtho, Mynnaf, bydd lân.

42 Ac wedi iddo ddywedyd hynny, ymadawodd y gwahan-glwyf âg ef yn ebrwydd, a glanhâwyd ef.

43 Ac wedi gorchymyn iddo yn gaeth, efe a'i hanfonodd ef ymaith yn y man; W. & Eng.

2 And straightway many were gathered together, insomuch that there was no room to receive them, no, not so much as about the door: and he preached the word unto them.

6 Ac yr oedd rhai o'r ysgrifenyddion yn eistedd yno, ac yn ymresymmu yn eu calonnau,

7 Beth a wna hwn fel hyn yn dywedyd cabledd? pwy a all faddeu pechodau, ond Duw yn unig?

8 Ac yn ebrwydd, pan wybu yr Iesu yn ei yspryd eu bod hwy yn ymresymmu felly ynddynt eu hunain, efe a ddywedodd wrthynt, Paham yr ydych yn ymresymmu am y pethau hyn yn eich calonnau? 9 Pa un sydd hawsaf, ai dywedyd

5 When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.

6 But there were certain of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts,

7 Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God only?

8 And immediately, when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, he said unto them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts ?
