The decisions have been selected and designated as precedents in accordance with Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations §§3.1(g) and 103.3(c). Volume 22 covers the period from March 1998 to December 2000 and includes Interim Decisions Nos. 3341 to 3440, inclusive. The decisions are arranged in numerical sequence according to interim decision number. The Index and the "Notice" reflecting reported administrative decisions affected by subsequent reported administrative or judicial decisions cover Volumes 16 through 22. The Board has made and will continue to make available current interim decisions and the bound volumes of selected administrative decisions at principal field offices of the Executive Office for Immigration Review and the Immigration and Naturalization Service where the public may examine them. Prior to publication in volume form, the current decisions are obtainable on single copy or a yearly subscription basis from the Superintendent of Documents, Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402.
