A Bishop must be blamelelo -- bolling fast the friihful Word, as be
baib becn taught, tbar he may be able, by jound doärine, borb 10 exhort,
and to convince the gainsayers. For there are miny unruly ani viin
talkers and deceivers whosc mouthes must be stopped where-
fore rebuke them sharply, that they may be found in the Fuitb.
And the Lord faid unto Satin , The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan, even
the Lord that hath chofen Ferufalem, rebuke thee.
