forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, I press on 14 toward the goal unto the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Let us therefore, as many as 15 be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing yễ are otherwise minded, even this shall God reveal unto you only, whereunto we have already attained, by 16 that same rule let us walk.

Brethren, be ye imitators together of me, and mark 17 them which so walk even as ye have us for an ensample. PAUL, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of 1 God, and Timothy 1our brother, to the saints and 2 faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colossæ: Grace to you and peace from God our Father.

We give thanks to God the Father of our Lord Jesus 3 Christ, praying always for you, having heard of your 4 faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which ye have toward all the saints, because of the hope which is 5 laid up for you in the heavens, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel, which is 6 come unto you; even as it is also in all the world bearing fruit and increasing, as it doth in you also, since the day ye heard and knew the grace of God in truth; even as ye learned of Epaphras our beloved 7 fellow-servant, who is a faithful minister of Christ on 3 our behalf, who also declared unto us your love in the 8 authorities Spirit.
