The following symbols are used in issuing visas to nonimmigrants and immigrants proceeding to the United States. Unless otherwise stated, the section of the law cited refers to the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended. (66 Stat. 163,8 Ü.S.C. 1101; 75 Stat. 527; 79 Stat. 911).
