The pioneering emergency ultrasound guide--updated and expanded with coverage of the newest technologies

Praise for the first edition:--"The book is intended for emergency physicians, but any practicing physician who uses ultrasound for the assessment of patients could clearly benefit from this book....This book is certainly unique in that it provides a clinically relevant approach to such a rapidly growing field. Each chapter's objective is met while not inundating the reader with unnecessary technical details. Although simply reading the book is not sufficient for expertise, the material provides a solid foundation in understanding the subject. 5 STARS!"--Doody's Review Service
